FROM THE PARENT RESOURCE CENTER
Thank you to thecongregation of Millian for giving a home to the Parent Resource Center. You have gone out of your way to make me and the families feel welcome and we appreciate it.
To show our thanks, members of Millian can use the center free of charge. Beginning September 2, the center will be open weekly Tuesday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is a place for parents or grandparents and their children and grandchildren (babies to 5 year olds) to come and spend time with others. Art projects, blocks for building, toys, a kitchen and dolls are just some of the things available for the children to use. At
11:00 each morning, we have a 15 minute circle time where we sing sons, do finger plays, and read stories. The families come every day, once a week, a few times a month—whatever fits into their schedules. We have a great time together and we would love to have Millian families join us.
